Privacy Policy

MartialArtsUni.com (the "Site") provides information about our martial arts courses. We respect your privacy and have designed this Site to collect minimal information. This Privacy Policy explains how (and if) any information is collected, used, or shared through martialartsuni.com. The Site itself does not collect or store any personal data from visitors.

Because the Site serves only as an informational landing page, we do not have forms or user accounts. All course sign-ups, payments, and any user data are handled exclusively by our third-party platform (Patreon). The Site simply links to patreon.com/cw/martialartsuniversity for course enrollment. Any information you provide on the Patreon site is subject to Patreon's privacy policy and not collected by us.

MartialArtsUni.com does not collect personal information from visitors. Specifically:

• No Personal Data Collected: We have no registration forms, account system, or user profiles on this Site. You can browse and use the Site without providing any personal details (such as name, email, address, etc.).
• No Payment Data: We do not process any transactions or collect payment information on martialartsuni.com.
• Third-Party Enrollment: All course sign-ups and payments occur on our third-party platform at Patreon. We do not receive or store any of the personal or payment information you provide during enrollment.

Any data you enter on the Patreon platform (e.g., when signing up for a course) is managed by Patreon. We encourage you to review Patreon's Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled there. MartialArtsUni.com has no access to or control over data you submit on Patreon.

Our Site links to external services and relies on third parties for functionality:

• Patreon Platform: When you click to enroll in a course, you are redirected to patreon.com/cw/martialartsuniversity. Patreon is responsible for processing your registration and payment. We do not control Patreon's data practices.
• Data Handling: Patreon may collect and use your personal data (such as your name, email address, and payment details) under its own policies. We do not share any information with Patreon; we simply link to their platform.
• External Links: Any link that takes you off martialartsuni.com will take you to a site outside our control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites.

MartialArtsUni.com does not use cookies or tracking tools. In particular:

• No Cookies: We do not store any cookies for analytics, advertising, or personalization on this Site.
• No Third-Party Trackers: We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Pixel, or any similar tracking scripts.
• No Advertisements: We do not run any ads or remarketing tags that track your browsing.

MartialArtsUni.com itself does not send promotional or marketing communications. Specifically:

• No Marketing Emails: We do not have a newsletter or send advertising emails to users.
• Third-Party Emails: If you enroll in a course via Patreon, any emails you receive will come from Patreon or your course instructor.
• General Inquiries: If you email us with a question, we may respond to that inquiry but will not use your email for unsolicited materials.

We take reasonable measures to protect the Site, even though we collect no personal data here:

• Secure Connection: The Site is served over HTTPS to encrypt data in transit.
• No Data Storage: Because we do not retain personal information, we have no customer database to protect.
• Third-Party Security: Any personal data you submit during course enrollment is secured by Patreon's systems.

MartialArtsUni.com is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the date above. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of martialartsuni.com after any changes means you accept those changes.

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us. We will respond to your inquiry in a timely manner.
